Looking for group exercise but feel gym classes would be too challenging?

Our Physio Fit exercise class will benefit people who are looking for beginner to intermediate levels of exercise – the perfect choice for someone who is keen to take the next step in improving their health and fitness but may not feel quite ready for a gym-based circuits class just yet!

To ensure your safety and maximise the effectiveness of every session, the level of exercise at every session will always be tailored to the needs of the individuals in the group by a highly skilled physiotherapist.

The class runs every Tuesday and Thursdays at 12pm until 1pm.


Is this class for me? 

The types of clients who may benefit the most from this class include (but are not limited to):

  • Older people trying improve their fitness or maintain an active lifestyle;
  • People who have had a joint replacement or surgery;
  • People with neurological conditions who are independently mobile and steady on their feet;
  • People focused on healthy weight loss and improving their overall fitness;
  • People with heart or respiratory conditions;
  • People suffering with Fibromyalgia and Chronic pain conditions.


The class is a 45 minute circuits-based exercise class focusing on beginner to intermediate level strength and cardiovascular fitness. Each station has variability to accommodate multiple levels of ability and every exercise is monitored by a physiotherapist.

Our Introductory class is completely FREE, followed by £10 per class or £7.50 per class when you purchase a block of 6 sessions.
