Our team of therapists strongly believe that prevention is better than cure and that a key part of that prevention is to keep our heart and lungs fit, our muscular system strong enough for the tasks we demand, to be flexible enough to move through full ranges of movement, and have enough balance to be able to move dynamically. It is also important for our joints to have enough stability to generate explosive power and to manage your weight to avoid overloading joints. When combined together these elements form the basis for perfect balance of health.

We use the term Personal Training broadly as we always aim to tailor our service to your specific needs. Following an initial assessment and setting of objectively measured goals our team will formulate a plan for a progressive series of 1:1 sessions which may include:

  • Strength & conditioning
  • Exercise for weight loss
  • Speed & agility training
  • Return to sport rehab
  • General fitness for health
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Balance & proprioception
  • Nutritional advice / meal plans
We have a brand new gym facility for 1:1 training in Fawkon Walk, Hoddesdon.
We also offer outdoor training as the weather allows.
